i think i grew 2.5 cm at 19

last year i was 18, 181 cm now im 183.5 cm, 19 y/o now

i took both heights in the evening, same wall and i never consistently measured my height because it lowkey demoralizes me

is this real height gain or just temporary spine decompression?

i also never got an xray to tell whether my growth plates are fused but they probably already are by now so idk
