Anti nutrients, oxalates, lack of nutrients, contamination from pesticides and toxics from the earth, causes malabsorbption, fibre causing digestive issues

Just from the top of my head

And they taste like shit, a sign from nature telling us not to eat leaves

Some fruit can be fine I guess as carb source

But the thing is they will have the same contamination problem

Better than seeds and grains but eh, why not just eat dairy.

I would say treat fruit selectively, keep in your mind that only some of them are worth eating.

Like coconut, which is good for hydration.

They just feel like sugar bombs. I mostly stay away and eat meat + dairy.

Greek yoghurt and raw milk is good for that.

Definitely better than grains and leaves though.

Mostly raw beef, sometimes raw lamb shoulder

Chicken and pork I cook because I do not trust the source

Milk few glasses a day
1 Kilo greek yoghurt every 2 days
Raw eggs, sometimes half boiled

This is a day of clean eating for me

Fruits you peel can’t be so bad can they?
Yeah you should always peel fruits

Unfortunately the pesticides and toxins can sometimes enter into the fruit past the outer layer

But this is to the point of paranoia tbh

It's impossible to be toxic free post the industrial revolution

I still am

I went down the no veggie rabbit hole due to Ray, he did a zero fibre diet

Eventually decided the best way to replicate it was with a modified all animal product diet like some other peaters did. Saw it on some thread on the ray peat forum

Watching mpmd talk about the vert diet further convinced me on the immense benefits of just a high red meat diet

It doesn't matter if you start from a gymbro, a nerd or a psychopathic Latvian, it all comes full circle :

We were designed to eat animal products, period.

Sure no problems

And yeah, main arguments for raw meat :

More nutrients
Better digestion
Doesn't cause carcinogenic compounds ( when fat is cooked at a high temp, they produce carcinogens )
Easier on gut health when you aren't slathering your meat in different types of oils and spices.

I don’t use instant coffee

But it’s about 100mg of caffeine per cup
