When I flex I feel 8 ab insertions and I have three ab lines ( I am not compkletely lean enough yet and my abs are small because IO dont work them out). Is an 8 pack good? Also what are good ab exercises? I am trying vaccums only for the past week but no gains yet.

exercises are cope for abs yakhii bf is all that matters
however training abs well can help showing them defined on 15% instead of leaning down towards 12%

I am already almost lean anough and can see them when I flex but they are tiny. I somewhat see them a little bit when flaccid
 
I need me some exercises
 
ab wheel rollout progression, hanging leg/knee raises, L-sit progression, bouldering

I started the lean bulk two weeks ago. I will bulk to 150-55 and then cut. My goal is 160 at 10 percent bf (I only train upper body so the muscle will all be there)

Training only upper looks retarded,do at least 4 squats sets once per week

Mine looks like that but his abs are bigger than mine and I am not lean enough for my final 2 abs by my stomach to be visible bc the abs are not gone yet and I haven’t worked them out before. My upper abs are visible tho and I can feel my lower ones ridges when I flex.

My rib cage is very vestibule and I look straight outside Auschwitz but my fat distribution sucks only upper and are visible and I only started lifting last week. I need to do ab exercises for lower so only do upper rn

My arms are twigs my sister arm mogs me but at least my frame is proportional for my height so I don’t look small. My arms look bigger tho now that K started bulking, my friend told asked me if I started lifting so lifefuel.
