I had glasses for a while finally I could see the whiteboard in class . Later I lost them and I felt bad bc my mom bought them and they were expensive so I bought contacts myself and actually that was better. Maybe one day I’ll laser idk but for now it’s fine. You can also buy contact with a different colour which I did one time to try it was alright but of course people will notice so you need confidence. In my case I tried a bit brighter blue than I have naturally

Nah you have to be smart about it and get specialized then good chance after some years you can even work a desk job and you don’t even have deployment most of the time. But yeah if you never work your way up you’re cooked and at some point you have to quit and become a truck driver or something. But fr if you have some brains you can end up in a nice comfy position
