I’m 2019 I thought I had colon cancer. I cried to God. Couldn’t shit. It only came out in pencil thinness the entire year. Shit, who knows, maybe I do have colon cancer ngl, it’s not like I ever got checked

When I was psychotic I thought I had lots of different illnesses. I thought I had:

- brain tumour
- worms in my brain
- blood clots in the veins of my brain
- anal/colorectal cancer
- heart problems
- IBS/stomach cancer
- nerve damage in the extremities
- erectile dysfunction caused by plaque

But there was nothing wrong with me except a mental health problem. Having mental health issues can simulate these issues to such an extent as to actually cause real symptoms.
