I think I have Grave's disease causing bulging eyes

Grave's disease, or hyperthyroidism(which my blood test has revealed). Causes bulging eyes.

As you can see my eyes are starting to bulge.

I better start medications asap to stop it.

you have hypo not hyper. Graves disease is labeled as a symptom of hyperthyroidism when it is actually hypo.

Blood test showed hypo for T3 and hyper for T4.

t4 is mostly irrelevant. if t3 is low it means you have either a selenium deficiency or some liver damage.

BrahminBoss says it's hypothyroid. He's right. That's what it says for my T3 results.

Indirectly maybe. Anti psychotics leave you vulnerable to everything but doesnt exactly CAUSE anything directly . For example increasing prolactin and reducing dopamine can elevate liver triglycerides but psychiatrists will never mention this
