I think I have keto acidosis

This happened after i eat sugar 2 days after
My vision got blurry
Veins got tighter
I smell acetone all the time and got blue everywhere and ligjhtheadedness and pressure in my brain
I called 911
They said it’s not nothing
But I said it is please check blood sugars it was 116 at rest
And bloodwork also showed positive ketones

I went to 3 docs they said it’s not a diabetic acidosis and I don’t have diabetes
But I feel my vision changed like glaucoma
And when I eat it stops everything my brain works but if not
I start smelling acetone
