Yeah don't bother with jaw surgery. Just get fat grafting for midface, and you're good to go.

If you want to improve. The biggest improvement would be fat grafts for your midface , under eyes and even for your eyelids.

your jaw could be a little bit wider and a little bit more angular. But it’s difficult to get right and not worth the money for your case in my opinion. And you could get more definition and make it look wider by reducing bloat and also raising the hyoid bone(so first do that).

Honestly just do the fat graphs. They are not that expensive and they can cause a big change. Biggest ROI
