I think I have Varicocele

My left TESTICLES HURT and it feels like i have some sort of weird vein in it i need to go to ER before this will be irrerverseable (i know nothing about varicocele lol)

i have varicocele too i had a huge lump of veins under my left nut
idk what happened it the lump is still there but its smaller

Hmmm. I have it on my left nut aswell but it usually does not get that big and it almost never hurt. It comes and goes for me aswell
