Im pretty sure you can see your clavicles just look at yourself in the mirror and see if They are long

they look long, yes they're wider then an iPhone and way wider then my waist so atleast I don't have a subhuman frame

You could also find out your shoulder to waist ratio, a high ratio is indicative of an "aesthetic" frame but it dosent indicate that u have broad shoulders

My clavicle ,are like 5 cm wider than my iPhone (15cm iPhone )
