I think I just got TMJ from neck training

Yesterday I was doing weighted neck curls and obviously u have to clentch ur entire face when doing them, including the jaw. I was clentching really hard and I woke up today with slight joint pain on one side of my jaw. Then, I fully opened my jaw and it clicked once(only the side where the pain was). I’m fine now, there’s just slight tension in that area. Also I can still chew my food fine. Idk if I’m fucked or not

kinda stupid tbh....

sprinting is a god excerise that grow neck,traps,shoulders and lat's

also promotes HGH so naturally it will be easier to grow lean muscle mass

Jfl just sprinting isn’t enough to stimulate these muscles

well sprinting + bodybuilding sets,reps, and rest will do good

personally i do compounds first and finish off with two isolation excerises
