You know how they say that circulation in the head gets worse as you age and bring baldness?(along with high DHT

well that could be why fat pads lose volume in older ages. Less blood flow.

here’s a post I made to bring bloodflow and fat into those places

as we get older there’s probably less blood flow to the head and face during eating time. (Including the top of the head)

if you look at 18 year olds who diet down like tristen lee there fat pads are still there cause just like his hair, he still has blood flow there. Tristen lee is is 5% body fat yet has 0 nasol folds are sagging skin.

The only reason I can see making fat get lost in only the face and cheekbones as we age is a lack of blood flow during eating time.

Also if you notice a lot of bald/balding guys have deep nasolfolds

meaning not just the fat on top of there head has shrunk but also the fat near there cheeks etc

that’s why a hair transplant looks weird af on some people. since they also have no fat pads and nasol folds the mind thinks they should also have no hair(because there fat on top of there head has also went down)

All due to blood flow

Retarded comment and has nothing to do with my post

My post literally has nothing to do with skin care or smoking just lmfao.

Less blood flow to the scalp = less fat and more DHT

less fat on the scalp = more hairloss

Less blood flow to the fat pads around cheeks and eyes= less fat

with age the blood flow to the top of your head and cheeks/eyes decreases while the blood flow to your double chin/lower face and stomach increases

How you age is genetic almost completely environment has a minor impact

Yeah i don’t believe blood flow is the number one cause but it’s a big factor. Some people do Argue that it’s the number one factor though. They say less blood flow more DHT and less fat on the scalp(which is bad because the less fat on the scalp the more hairdoss)

anyway this is distracting from my point. I think blood flow on the top of the head and near the cheeks declining with age makes these fat pads lose fat while we age.

if you look at balding/ bald people many of them have no fat pads and huge nasolfolds. 99% of them

that’s why on some of them it looks weird when they get a hair system or hair transplant

like this guy for example. No fat pads in the upper face, yet a buncha fat in the lower face. It looks off because the brain thinks he should have no hair

If mpb was bloodflow related it wouldnt be a specific pattern but rather the entire scalp would thin

No lmao

gravity affects the top of the head. The sides don’t get hit hard because gravity ain’t pulling at the sides of your head

also besides that they say there’s less blood flow in the temples and crown area etc

Then why does balding start from temples instead of the crown, where it would be the most affected by gravity? Youre not making any sense rn

A lot of people think the frontal lobe bone growing leads to the result of hairloss(mainly the sides of the bone)

so that answers your question

also not everyone starts at the temples, some start at the crown and some people it’s diffuse thinning all over the scalp

Simply because there are so many errors , logical flaw it is not worth devoting my precious time to offer detailed feedback or counter arguments. In such cases, I find it way more efficient to just insult the person. Me offering feedback requires a minimum amount of respect, which I have none for you or your fucked up flawed out of touch with reality theories

Doc bro, you may not have any respect for him but the rest of us are probably interested in your input.

Do you have any theories as to how we might slow down the depletion of our fat pads?

Fat pad from the under eye are sinks to the midface and forms a malar fat pad that is visible as nasolabial fold.

Can't comment on the fat pad theory but 100% blood flow and scalp tension play a role in hair loss.

I mean you’ve always had a malar fat pad

one theory is that you just lose fat in ur cheeks which causes the outter fat to sag off the inner fat

look up deep fat pads and superficial
