I literally measure myself everyday. Recently went on holiday and I walked a lot. Literally like 20k steps a day. My (lower) back was fucking brutal at the end of the day. I returned last week and I'm stationary 24/7 once again. But I've measured myself again and I'm consistently measuring

I'm no longer measuring 171cm I am not measuring 170cm. I've been awake only 9 hours and I'm still measuring this. Usually I would measure 171cm. I'd wake up 173cm. Now I'm waking up 172cm and measuring 170cm

Someone tell me this is temporary. I can't afford to lose even a millimeter. I will legit stop walking altogether.

Losing height is normal if you're an oldcel. I think it's time to invest in some glucosamine which helps you retain that 173cm through the day. Also to regain it, you need to do some stretches or exercises

You will bhai, I didn't have growth spurt till 30. I went from 5'7 to 6'3
