This guy was moving his feet and hands a lot and was discussing abstract legal concept with me for fun, he was also bragging about his contract that would prevent renters from taking advantage of him.

He also looked Sephardic.

There is anything wrong with being Jewish, maybe I will ask him if he is a Jew next time I see him.

I like talking with Jews, they have a tradition of debating etc..
it was more fun than talking to some landlord just shows stuff and says close to nothing.

And he told me a lot about the legal side of renting rooms etc..
