its only way I can get bone growth, primal only works for growth if you eat like that from birth
in the mean time , get cotton clothes (polyester clothes = lower natural test), make sure you are eating in a calorie surplus (of healthy foods : your body cannot develope if it is underfed. Hit gym, including legs, to maximise natural test production. Start saving up your allowance so that you can buy when the opportunity arises. maybe get a friend to buy them for you and send them the money. But researching it all is most important. Do whatever it takes to do a safe and well planned test cycle, it could defo change your life.
