You really need to get some advancement and then on top of that a wrap around jaw implant (I will be getting one in a few months)

Went to my dentist and I told her my maxilla is vertically deficient and she goes on saying that male and female have biological differences. They only care about teeth though. I'll see what my craniofacial doctor says,
