I'm peeing round the clock, it even wakes me up in the middle of the night sometimes, which never happened before. I can go from having no urge to pee to my bladder feeling as if it were about to burst in an instant. I don't count my bathroom visits, but I probably go anywhere between 10 and 20 times a day (most likely closer to 20), no matter how little I drink and whether or not I have caffeine. Idk if it's relevant, but I rarely masturbate nowadays compared to several years ago. Maybe once every two or three weeks.

Anything I can do to stop the Niagara Falls down there?

I’m probably completely wrong, but. I think I read it has something to do with cortisol.

maybe a change in ur diet
also supplement with electrolytes cause all the lost minerals through urinating

Body inflammation / diabetes / subhuman bladder / inflammation of the bladder

A change for the better for sure, since I'm eating mostly fruit, vegetables and legumes and way less processed foods
