I think i ruined my eyes

After doing zygo pulling it gave me better zygos but now I can move my eyes around with my hands side to side and I can even push them back I think it worsened the eye support guys is this normal or not I can literally move my eyes around with my hands should i go to a doctor how do i fix this is it normal or not
