Let's say I can do whatever I want first I would make the laws way stricter and put more money into law enforcement and make clan law illegal and take the gun form the armed groups here make the flag of Iraq get raised everywhere in Kurdistan and anyone that takes it down either gets hit with a large fine or at least a year in jail and a bunch of other stuff. Of course these are just the rough ideas as I'm 15 and not that knowledgeable to make actual thought out Desctions for the government rn.
