Maybe stress, i had a resting heart rate at 143bpm when I got hospitalised, i think you'll survive, my current is about 90bpm

I went to the doctor as I thought I had corona but all my tests were negative, i then called my ex's dad and he ordered me to go get checked as he was concerned even though I didn't want to, found out I had influenza A, and stress at the same time so they sent me to an isolated room in the heart department. So I only found i i had stress by accident
