Today i took a spoon of coffee and went to the gym, all of this being on abstinence of xanax and sertraline for a week.
I noticed all expresions from people, their posture, their hand grab pressure, their balance, their voice tone, and all of this while being cold 0 anxiety.
Also, I already uploaded vids of me beating up blackbelts on jiu jitsu, wtf happens to me? Also i lift 88 kg on bench press being 3 months on thr gym and being 70kg 5’7.
Is this normal?
Also i see almost 3 girls per week
