It could be anything. If you have erectile issues and low libido, do a blood work to see the testosterone levels. Anything below 300 ng/dL is considered hypogonadal.

But natural testosterone levels have been dropping, on average, for decades. Go get a blood work and decide if you need TRT.

If you have money in excess, you can just perma blast which is not expensive at all. 300 mg a week (testosterone) should give total testosterone of about 5,000 ng/dL and free testosterone of at least 1 time above reference range and DHT levels at the upped end of reference range.
