Well last 10 years I've been living alone if you include uni as well. Going back to live with parents occasionally.

I'd literally lose my voice to anxiety if I never talked / singed to myself. It helps with low inhibition for sure. Just go on drives and sing in the shower like normies do. It's the same shit.
