I think i may have heart disease or some shit.
My blood pressure keeps fluctuating it goes from 90/60 to 130/100i feel dizzy light headed weak. There's this weird feeling on my chest as if warm water is flowing through and i get really tired from just walking.

It's so fucking over i have an appointment scheduled on Monday at the cardiologist.

Inb4 i get diagnosed with congestive heart failure or coronary artery disease.
Also my triglycerides are at 179



This is what happens when you listen to autists here who tell you to eat meat products only. My cholesterol has gone bonkers.

were u eating exclusively red meat? u should also incorporate a lot of omega3's from sea food, it's really good for raising hdl cholestrol

avocados are very good too. just eat a variety of food theory, lean meats + vegetables, leafy greens and all that good stuff

shrimp is good for cardiovascular health. not too much tho since it's also high cholestrol. tuna and salmon are very good too

I drank 3 large jars of pickle juice 6 bottles of coke ate lots of pork ribs ketchup mayonnaise pickles barbecue sauce mustard french fries crackers and lots of sweets.

That really has taken a toll on my cardiovascular system
