the doctors usually tell you, at least mine did

2 months ago i had bone age 17 0 months and i turn 18 soon but they never showed me the photo which is interesting

wrists close earlier than the other bones so it can be inaccurate

what did the doctor say?
I only had the xray done because of an injury and havent seen an orthopedist yet. Based on the image i thought theres no space beetwen plates thats why I thought its fused. Sorry for my poor research

Bro I grew like 3 or 4 cm from 17 to 18 way after my growth spurt it’s physically impossible that you wouldn’t grow at 17

You can take a look at yourself and ask: do I look like a fully grown man compare yourself to your father or something

I doesnt matter honestly how I look if my growth plates are near closing. I might have started puberty lil late but nothing crazy, I look quite average for my age, definetely not like my dad

Thanks but I guess it took being a dwarf with a squeeky voice for half of highschool basically also just trust me you’ll grow more just get enough nutrients in and sleep well and sleep when it counts most (try to be asleep by 22:00 get a good 8-10 hours of sleep in a relatively cold and quiet room)

this was the only thing i got

"CLINICAL INDICATION: Slow height gain. Decreased growth velocity.

TECHNIQUE: A single AP radiograph of the left hand was obtained, and is compared to the radiographic standards contained within the atlas of Greulich and Pyle.

FINDINGS: The patient's chronological age is 17 years and 8 months. The patient's estimated skeletal age most closely approximates the standard for a male of 17 years and 0 months. The standard deviation for a male of this age is approximately 15 months. Therefore, the patient's skeletal age is well within one standard deviation of their stated chronological age."

oh yeah and then i remember i asked to see the xray image right after they did it on me and i was like "can i take a photo idk how to read wrist growth plates" and they said no and i asked if it would be included in the results and they said "nope just the analysis of the image"

The analysis is not that bad but I hate it when doctors don't give you want u want even though you pay them or they are obligated too.like nga I am paying u for blood work then why won't u do the tests that I want, also sometimes after doing the tests u want like in Ur case they give u half the data or gatekeep stuff for no reason at all it's like they want u to give them more money for that sh or they think it's not necessary like these niggers are so dumb, I hate them.
