At 16 ure facial bones could still grow, but mostly likely thats it is over. Surgery is always an option

I'd recommend BSSO, spliding split genioplasty, tall gonial implants (PEEK/TI), alarplasty, nasal bulbosity reduction, outer brow/eye hood lift

Your maxilla and mandible look narrow which is harder to fix.

Get on test first then get CBCT scans and in a couple years start consulting surgeons

I think this is possible with the genio + jaw angles + bsso as I mentioned before. If you want to improve your front profile it will be harder
