I just can’t get lean. Luckily I go to the military in the summer so maybe I get lean there.

No but I’m starting to consider taking them seriously. But like I said I go to the military in the summer so I don’t think starting cycles is smart now.

Try snus, because I could sit at McDonalds and eat 4 fucking quarter pounders whilst smoking a cigarette and still be hungry. Snus makes me not hungry for almost as long as I have it in, some flavors are good too.

I don’t like snus I tried it. Maybe in the military I start using nicotine because people start using nicotine there.

Those aren’t drugs you have to cycle lol. You can use them as needed and come off easily

What about running and 10k steps a day. Does that help?

Luckily in the place I go to in the military you walk 10k steps a day and run a lot.

Have you tried being disciplined faggot ? its tough to get lean for everybody and im talking truly lean ( sub 10%bf) to get maximum benefits of being lean you just have to not eat and move more do it for enough days and you'll get lean
its not easy tho.

You can absolutely get lean, unless you have some extremely rare genetic mutation

100% start using reta

Then you can just restrict yourself to eating only lean meats for protein with some rice/vegetables for carbs

Do 1 working set per exercise session when you are in big deficits

I eat 3 of these low calorie meals per day and slowly reduce to 1 meal per day

Just be patient and don't find ANY excuse to eat a singular calorie outside these meals

Walk as much as you can

Drink 0 kcal drinks. When you're at 1 meal per day you can start drinking caffeinated energy drinks for extra appetite suppression

Modify this to your liking/see what works best for you. This works very well for me, so you might as well take some inspo
