i didnt really do anything for 3 days now, it feels like my brain and body want to focus on gathering iq again. however i cannot do exercise or memory training, thats too hard, but i can gather knowledge and think a lot- ok maybe sometimes i can do a memory training test when i feel like it and go for a walk as exercise only when i feel like it or when i do it automatically like when im going to a shop, im also on nootropics yo
