What did you do for heightmaxxing and what was your age ?

I was 15 and all I could do was stretching, hiit, fast and sleep 8+. I obviously didn’t have the funds to buy the hgh or even pest so the only thing I could do was pray. Btw I’m 18 5’8 my brother is 16 and 6’
