Only frame matters, and Skywalker only has average to narrow clavicles, whereas Seid only have average to slightly above-average clavicles and are therefore not very wide. His width has a rounded shape that suggests it comes from muscle, not clavicles.

You can see that after he lost his muscles and only clavicles remained, he even has relatively narrow clavicles....
