I think lip cutting is better than lateral commisuroplasty

with 1 to 2 mm lip cutting and a few mm alar base reduction surgery and lip plumpness / collagen with other stuff for illusion you can get really good result

a lateral commissuroplasty has scarring issue and this must only done who have truly narrow mouth so not worth it for your avg joe
