My screentime has been 7+h daily since the age of 10. Nowadays it's around 10+ with school while 13+ when no school.

cold shower, no fap, talk to friends through ur whole screen time so ur not alone and wanting to fap, cutting out caffeine if u drink it, (spikes blood pressure making ur pp more hard, and also gives u insomnia). Swapping out youtube or going on org for vidya

thought this was my thread for a second because I do the exact same.. busted 8 times yesterday casually , screen time is on avg 11 hours as well.. I bust 3-8 times a day aswell.

Maybe you can improve your sleep, that will significantly improve various physical and mental things but your dopamine receptors are done for.
