I’ve always been taught not to drink a cup of milk with any fish-based dish. I recently found out that Jewish people aren’t allowed to drink a cup of milk when they’re eating fish. It’s not kosher. I’ve heard people say that certain food combinations aren’t good for your gut. Milk & fish are two foods that people don’t like to mix with other foods in general for this reason I think.
