If you are going to switch to a different Ai I would just do arimidex, letrozole just demolishes you e2 and unless you are in testosterone I wouldn’t risk that.

Well letrozole is a powerful ai and drops your e2 like crazy, it suppresses your estrogen by 80 to 98 percent so very potent, if you crash your estrogen you will have to get off it which could lead to a rebound since the potency is high your e2 will spike and fuse your plates. You could technically do letro, but you would have to be really careful and make sure you start off with a low dose then checking your bloodwork to see if you need to correct your dosage. Your e2 should be at 15-20 pg/ml. If you know you’re not consistent with taking your ai I wouldn’t risk going on letrozole.
