I got bored and started browsing 4chan. I was on a .webm thread and I clicked on a link I probably shouldn’t have clicked on

I suddenly started getting random tabs popping up about how I’m the 6th million visitor and I can collect my award by downloading some program?

Needless to say I immediately removed all the tabs and got off 4chan. I’m concerned that my laptop probably has some malware on it or some shit

I just hope it’s nothing serious
