Im 19, no school finished yet history of several mental disorders and mostlikely low iq around 80
Currently in youth welfare getting 250$ monthly which is nothing to survive , since I moved out it ended
I live on my own apartment from government tbh
Around 900€ in debt, have to participate in their coping activities while looking like auschwitz survivor
Hairloss ,I have fucked up bloodwork
My cortisol is high and therefore the blood sugars increased
I went up from 15% Bodyfat to 20 or smth while I lost 7-8pounds of lean muscle ,
Orthodontist fucked up my theeth and I have to wear the invisaligner till treatment is complete
My looks went downhill
My balls shrunk because I’m on trt , and doc says I should stop trt
But I really don’t want to stop it because I will loose another 3-4Kg of muscle and already look like an auschwitz survivor
I get laughed at
I will off myself I don’t want to go out anymore because of how I look
Idk how I’m gonna get a job interview and looking like this
With old clothes and shit
