As someone with abusive psychopathic parents i know everything about that. Some people just don’t have emotional intelligence. Whatever you do, don’t try to change them or lecture them, because they will just mock you and gaslight you. You have to accept them as they are, because they will never change for you, no matter what you say or do. You could literally have a mental breakdown in front of her and beg her to stop mentally abusing you and she would just mock you and gaslight you into thinking you‘re just overreacting. So the less you react & the less you give a fuck, the less you will suffer. You will still suffer, but much less.

You have to leave them, if you can, get your own Apartment, the less time you spend with them, the better your mental health will be and your self respect.

If you are too poor for your own place, You have to endure it until you can afford one. You can stay outside as much as possible and only go home when you know your parents are sleeping to avoid them. If you‘re not around them, they can’t hurt you, simple as that. It’s the same as going near a snake, if you stay away from the snake you will be fine, but if you enter it‘s territory, it will chase you and bite you
