instead of having meat or cereal for breakfast they eat muesli or porridge
instead of having nice bread they buy this really flowery bread with tons of seeds in it (seeds are toxic and indigestible)
instead of having milk from cows they could have a healthy alternative like coconut milk but no it has to be oatmilk or soymilk
instead of having cheese they have to have vegan cheese
instead of having meat they have to have vegan meat
instead of going on holiday to somewhere new they have to go to the exact same place every year
instead of eating meat to cure migranes (which started since they became vegan) take unabsorbable supplements
instead of not taking the vaccine they take the vaccine
its like at every corner they turn they have to take the most depressing and destructive route.
watch them die prematurely and not even it into their 60s.
