I think my spheniod is misaligned.

Im fairly sure my spheniod is misaligned. My left side jaw clicks, my left side eyebrow is tilted upwards more, my left side masseter is more developed, and something else which I forgot, im going to the dentist tomorrow, im hoping they refer me to an orthodontist. Im gonna ask the questions about getting a palate expander and braces when I go, but I need opinions.
