Question: as you may or may not know surgery as a male is a death sentence in the eyes of normals... although i want improvement, i am wondering if it will be so apparent that people will notice an obvious surgery and lose respect for me.

it is my personal choice, but i am wondering if anyone has insight into how people treated you before and after surgery, if they noticed and all that.

Very low. underweight. all the excess skin is purely because of a lack of bone structure underneath, not facial fat

Is there anything i can improve one at a time? Or should it all come with a maxilla surgery? For now by biggest facial falio is the under eye circles and i want to fix that.

i dont know, just go meet multiple consultant and choose the best one

If you don't have much money, recommend maybe going with rhino first. It's quite over projected and big which could also lessen the appearence of your reccessed maxilla if that makes sense. Also I think what is causing that under eye darkness is a lack of fat pads below your eyes.

So to compensate for the fat pads, i should get fillers instead? I really think its a bone issue though but im not sure.
