My father is a urologist but this is the basics…
It is inflamed since the redness around the abcess(yellow bulging part)
Consult a doctor immediately or it may leave the area with hyperpigmentation(dark spot)

I put an anti-septic lotion on it, if it gets worse I still got antibiotics here. think it'll be fine?

Don’t stress it out if it the size of a pimple it is absolutely normal (since your stitches are being absorbable but I myself only had removable ones if you are a third world it is just a minor swelling since I got my leg leg stitched god knows how much for a 24~cm scar from falling from a wall and getting it ripped by a nail at age 6)

they're both dissolvable and non-dissolvable, the blue ones are dissolvable ones and the white ones non-dissolvable

But in a third world and getting burned, ripped by a rusty nail, poured boiling water and getting my leg ripped by a door at the age of 3 and got on with my life just fine
