but sometimes I can’t help but feel bad for people in bad situations. I get emotional and feel as if maybe I should give into that feeling, that urge to help your fellow man. However, every time I’ve done so, it has bit me right on my sorry little ass. I wish I was a violent sociopath, but I’m not, so I have instead just opted to drop out of society to the best of my ability. It’s not for me. You HAVE TO BE CRUEL to succeed in society. That is to say, kindness and success are mutually exclusive.
