but once you're already reasonably lean, i swear the returns get overrated as fuck

some dudes keep cutting thinking their jaw/cheeks are gonna suddenly become insane when they would've gotten more from fixing hair, skin, frame etc

I think dudes above 20% bodyfat have something I like to call 'fat blindness'. What I mean by this is that they accept their current face with their bodyfat as default, the problem arises because they believe their face already is as lean as it can get

The leaner you are the more "dryer" your body becomes, thats why dudes are obssesed with it
