I know I sound like an absolute tard for this being my first post, but listen to what I have to say if you want. Reta suppresses brain hunger signaling, but it doesn't stop your body from producing ghrelin. Ghrelin inhibits gh release, and the fast from Reta should only increase your body's natural ghrelin and thus gh release. Reta also improves insulin sensitivity, and insulin is anabolic, so it should, in theory, improve the anabolic effects of insulin. So, in theory, at the very least reta should improve natural gh pulsing from the uptick in ghrelin production, while you aren't affected by the feeling of starving 24/7.
