my skin was actually decent the last couple of days, but my face is just itching now and i know thats the biggest sign for me that im gonna be waking up with a pizza face tomorrow, might rope, bye guys

i was right, woke up with acne on chin and cheeks, not as bad as i would have imagined tho, still, instantly looksminned again, i dont know what could have caused it, i wash my face regularily.

Cut out artificial sugars, drink more water with electrolytes
Try face icing every day and get rid of toxic skin care products

wdym by artificial sugar, you mean white sugar or sweeteners? im drinking and getting enough electrolytes. ill try the icing, i only use soap and water, as well as bb cream when going out.
