Before I joined this forum I used to listen to them I listened to a few for a wider jaw my jaw was weak and I was super bloated despite being skinny.
3 years later my jaw is extremely sharp and so are my cheekbones.
+ I am way taller than I should be both my parents are below 5'9 and yet im 6'3
I actually think placebo has an effect on ones genetics if done correctly.
