I think sugar is what made humans evolve

That’s weird

I’ve been eating the most sugar I ever have and my skin is looking better
Everyone is different ig tbh.

I can gorge myself on goyslop, dairy and wheat but get nothing. But as soon as I touch sugar I get a breakout next day

All carbohydrates break down into sugar.

Avoid them.

How does it age you?
well I don't actually know.

But there's a guy I watched that tracks his longevity bio-markers and correlates them with foods he eats. And he found, at least for him fructose is pro-aging.

It could be specific too him, or glycation, or the opportunity cost of other foods, or a coincidence in the data.

But I do know fruit gives me more energy when I'm tired.

Limiting carb intake lately. But cold turkey is hard
It’s hard because it’s the truth. The longer you go on raw carnivore, the more you’ll realize how you’ve been eating poison your entire life.

Carbohydrates give short term energy boost due to an elevation in blood sugar levels. However, over time, your energy storage units will be depleted from the damage of glucose and fructose. Glycation isn’t something to be ignored.

Your body will convert fat and protein to sugar as well will it not?
Gluconeogenesis exists because we didn’t eat carbohydrates millions of years ago like we do now.

The exact requirement for carbohydrate consumption is 0g ever.

No it gives an energy boost because your brain runs off glucose

Your brain doesn’t only have to run on glucose. It can run on ketones.

You don’t have to eat carbohydrates. Gluconeogenesis is proof that we can survive without eating them.

That alone is enough proof that humans are designed by natural selection pressures to be carnivores.

10 months here and I’ve only increased in IQ every day rather than the opposite.

Yah.. seems like you either get glycation from sugar or arterial plaque from meat.

I do know lower glycemic index foods result in much less glycation if following an omnivore diet. And certain meats result in less arterial plaque I believe.

Interesting. Thanks for sharing your experience.

Keytones is a much more steady source of energy but its' much lower and slower. At least that's been my experience when in keytosis.

There is 0 evidence for the claim that meat causes arterial plaque. That is just straight up propaganda.

An omnivorous diet is the worst diet possible. It’s even worse than veganism. You need to go research what the Randle Cycle is.

Why is the Randle cycle even bad?

Why is the Randle cycle even bad?
The Randle Cycle is the human bodies defense mechanism to exogenous glucose damaging its most important cells. Mixing carbohydrates and fats together actives this mechanism.

Randle Cycle activation = chronic inflammation

Here’s a summarized explanation by the man who popularized it:

Here’s the full detailed version with the science:

I know the theory behind the Randle cycle being bad for omnivores but I don't believe it, because omnivores regularly live past 100. The longest lived groups of people are all omnivores.

They didn’t live their lives with full health. They suffered from some sort of illness in one way or another. Who’s to say we aren’t supposed to live longer?

The Randle Cycle isn’t a “theory”. It’s an observable fact. It’s a defense mechanism.

name one good thing about processed sugar
“Processed”

Unprocessed and processed sugar are the same molecules you retard.

If they lived to 100 they obviously suffered less from illness

I’ve never seen a carnivore live to 100
1. According to whom on the basis of what implies that living to 100 is the highest life span we should reach?

2. 99.9% of the entire world not only didn’t eat only raw meat and animal fat before giving birth, in the womb, and during childhood, but also not for their ENTIRE lives.

processed sugar has no benefits while unprocessed contains vitamins and minerals and doesn't contain empty calories

You are low IQ. Listen up very carefully as I’m only going to say this once.

1. Processed sugar and unprocessed ALL break down into the same molecules called glucose, except for fructose.

2. Exogenous sugar is extremely toxic and should NEVER be consumed. Randle Cycle activation and glycation (sugar binding to proteins and altering their structures).

3. Calories are units of heat energy. They can NOT be eaten. Heat has no rest mass. Humans consume MASS, not heat.

Fructose is the WORST form of carbohydrates to consume. Causes 7-11x more glycation than glucose.

okay you seem to know more than me, but is there seriously no difference between the sugar you eat from fruit vs the sugar you would eat from candy

Not in the sugar itself

There is a difference in that natural sugar usually contains fibre and micronutrients which are beneficial

ALL SUGAR THAT YOU EAT IS POISON. THAT IS IT.

Fruits are not healthy.

Fiber is not beneficial. It is contra-indicated. We can’t even digest it. We aren’t ruminant animals.

do you have any science that proves this

It absorbs toxins and excess hormones and gets rid of them while slowing digestion on which stops blood sugar spikes

Just absolutely false. It is literally indigestible and destroys our colon functioning.

Glycation is provable.

Elevated blood glucose is provable.

The Randle Cycle is provable.

Gluconeogenesis is provable.

That’s science.

I know it’s indigestible, that’s not necessarily a bad thing

It has benefits like I said

Yes, the benefit of having a colon that will not absorb nutrients properly.
