with the AI(exemestane) 12MG , i felt my endurance was much better , i used to be able to jog for 30 minutes and i would get tired and my legs would hurt , but now i can jog 60 minutes and i feel tired but not as much . i take my AI 5 times a week

Yeah, 12MG will raise your T by ~50%. So it is very plausible that it will increase performance somewhat if you don't crush your E2 to the ground.
