People get worked up about cell phones and WiFi and power lines, but the scientific consensus just isn't there to back up most of these concerns. The majority of studies haven't found convincing evidence that everyday exposure to EMFs from our devices causes health problems.
That said, I'm not gonna claim it's 100% harmless either.
Science is always evolving, and some research does suggest potential effects we don't fully understand yet. It's just that the dramatic claims about EMFs causing cancer, infertility, or whatever else people worry about aren't supported by solid evidence.
What fucking bugs me is how the fear gets amplified by companies selling "EMF protection" products that are basically expensive placebos. Like those retarded stickers for your phone or "EMF blocking" blankets". Most of that stuff is just preying on people's anxiety.
If you're genuinely concerned, there are reasonable steps like not sleeping with your phone right against your head or using speakerphone for long calls.
Losing sleep over the WIFI router in your house is not worth the stress.
