look at the pubmed studies anything below 0.07 mg per kg of body weight is gonna stunt your final adult height

i’m not sure how it would work with erda tho you might be able to run lower ius and still be fine surely not low as 4 tho im talking maybe 8

do some research theres tons of low budget stack threads on here ill link one for you if you want
